2. Services Description

Daiko Industrial Solutions provides technology and consulting services for the construction and industrial sectors. This includes but is not limited to Smart Site Monitoring (IoT), Cloud Project Management, Civil Engineering Consulting, and Equipment Procurement Solutions. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or contracts.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or requesting services.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Ensure physical IoT devices installed on your premises are not tampered with.
Use the platform strictly for lawful purposes in accordance with Indian Law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Daiko Industrial Solutions web platforms, software, proprietary algorithms, and branding are and will remain the exclusive property of Daiko Industrial Solutions Private Limited and its licensors. Customer data, including architectural models and BIM files uploaded to the platform, remain the sole property of the respective customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Daiko Industrial Solutions Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
